there are thousands - been around for years - same question asked and answered on this forum and the
flash general forum and the flash actionscript forum almost everyday - search these forums, google,
devnet - hard to miss - tons of preloader tutorials and downloadable FLAs for you to open and
learn/use. it's like falling out of a boat - good chance you'll get wet :)

cool - cant wait to see it - i forgot to mention www.kirupa.com has a good little preloader - i have
been using it for a while - go to their tutorial section and look in flash mx (i think).
