Banner working in Flash 7...but not 9...? -- macromedia flash sitedesign

Hey guys, I've recently had feedback from some of my members of my site that
they cannot view our banner...I've found that they all have Flash version 9.

I currently have Flash version 7 (because I downgraded it to get the banner to
work correctly) Why doesn't this banner work in Flash 9 but work in Flash 7?
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

works fine in player 9 here (XP Pro, Firefox 2.0). I see the blue letters and cheesy effect ;)

was there anything more that was supposed to happen that doesn't?

what is it that does not work? I see blue text and an animated effect - is there more that should be
seen? When you say doesn't work do you mean you see nothing at all?

Yes, some of my members are saying that all they see is a blank white box with "movie not loaded"
