macromedia flash sitedesign: It takes a loooong time to KeyFrame Text FX. Then afterwards... they just don't
come out looking as cool as they should for the length of time it took to make.
I've seen some cool Text FX on various sites.

It would be nice to be able to create these FX from within Flash.

File>Export>Export Movie. Choose Quicktime from the file type drop down.

don't think this supports anything dynamic in your Flash movie though...just to warn you.
