macromedia flash sitedesign: Helloooo.

The other day, chatting with a former colleague and having a general banter
about who's doing what... we got on about nice sites. He mentioned he liked the
the x-men last stand site, which I have to admit is pretty impressive

My question is the video intro at the beginning... it's big, good quality and
loads remarkably quickly. Does anyone know of any good Flash video tutorials I
could get to grips with that would help me achieve playback and quality of a
similar standard?
