Looking for someone to hire... -- macromedia flash sitedesign

I know there are tons of companies that do flash websites but im looking for
some forum or somthing like that where i can search for maybe a webdesignt
student or a serious amature to hire for building my website. Anyone know of a
forum like this?

Hi, I know about ifreelance.com. It's a network of freelancers, and
many students and amateurs bid for projects there. I'm active at that
site, too :) You can post a project without needing to pay a fee, and
then freelancers will bid for it. Then you can choose the one with the
best price and quality.
