macromedia flash sitedesign: Hi all,

Just decided to touch up and improve my website (www.arvindsond.com), and am
trouble trying to get my menu working correctly.

I would like the type of button where you put the mouse over and the menu pops
out, and then when you move the mouse away the menu slide back.
At the moment with my website and the one i'm trying to re-design is that when
you move the mouse away it sanps back to its original state (the menu just
disappears until you move the mouse over it again).

Any ideas on how to achieve the animated pop in and out effect, I've been
using the mouse over/hit/away states etc.
