macromedia flash sitedesign:
Hi,
Someone once told me that if I want my page to have the width as big as the
user's I have to edit the html file to :....width="100%"....
I do that. Does not work ok.
I even insert a table with 100% width.
The problem is that when I change the resolution, or when I make the browser's
window smaller it makes my page go lower on that window. That makes text
unreadable sometimes and makes the page look bad
Is this a problem only in flash?
How can I overcome this situation?
Thank you.

Go File > Publish Settings

On the HTML tab, set Dimensions to Percent, and put 100 in for both width and
height

If you want your own HTML, rather than the Flash produced bit, cut and paste
all the object tag into your own page.

Doesn't work.
When i make my window small the header goes low down on the window.
Maybe it works when i make it bigger but not the other way.
Do u know why?

Inside your Flash movie, on your main timeline first keyframe put this
code: Stage.scaleMode = "noScale";

Now set your width/height of your Flash movie in HTML to 100% for both.
Now Flash will fill the browser window no matter what, but your content
won't actually scale and get smaller or larger. It will just expand to
fit. Is this the effect you're looking for? If not, be more detailed in
describing what you want.
