macromedia flash sitedesign:
[quoted text, click to view]

This will help some..
_quality = "best"; // code on frame 1

Are you sure you want to have a 3 meg initial page loading? You could
load sections separately to keep the initial loading time down.

My .swf looks great. When I view it through a browser, images look jagged and
there are little chunks missing. The url is http://www.designgloria.com Go to
the Portfolio section and you'll see the graphics on my pieces aren't smooth
looking. I've tried 3 different browers....just to compare. It looks equally
bad in all...haha. Any ideas?

Thanks! That helped. The text in my resume section is a little blurry
still....is there any way to correct that? I'd love to cut down on the loading
time. When you say to load the sections separately, do you mean by using a
preloader? Any tips?

One more question....why did stuff look jagged in the first place? Is there
something I did wrong and can avoid in the future? Or should I always use
_quality = "best"? It makes stuff look a little softer, fuzzier.
