If you go right into making Flash websites before you learn the Flash
basics you will be extremely frustrated the whole time.
Once you learn the Flash basics, check out tutorial sites like this
one..

I don't recommend trying to start out making websites. Do your Flash
training first.

You can watch some videos on Flash development at

You can watch the first 3 chapters of each video for free. You can
get a lot out of just that much, but it's even better to pay $30 for a
month access and watch everything you have time for. (that's what I
did.. it helps a whole lot to watch an expert working with Flash).
You can watch all the videos.. not just the Flash ones.
