I am new to Flash and I want to create a pen writing out a name. I created a
guided motion tween with the pen on one layer and the signature on the guided
layer. The pen follows the signature but doesn't display it. What else do I
need to add or am I going about it thee wrong way? Thanks for any help you can
give me. :confused;

Anything in the guide layer is invisible at runtime. So your signature is ONLY
acting as a guide for the animation. You need to duplicate the signature
graphic into a non-guide layer below your pen, then maybe use an animated mask
to reveal the signature as the pen moves across the screen.
