Hi Eric,
I'll give you my honest opinion but not that I a good flash designer
myself...
- Intros are not "in" anymore. It is just an invitation to be skipped. I
am guilty myself and have done many of them but I avoid it nowadays. Of
course it depends on the industry, audience etc.. it works great for
movie sites or entertainers but for a corporation I don't think it
brings any value to the site and in this case I don't think it will help
them sell more Titanium...
If you think of the type of people who would be looking to buy
"Titanium" and arrive on your site, they are looking for information and
maybe breaking their flow with the music and all is a turn off.
- That said :) isn't that song copyrighted? :)
- But if your client really really wants an intro... I would consider
the text used. Are they REALLY the largest domestic stocking titanium
distributor IN THE WORLD??
- Their logo looks very pixelated. Can you try to get a hold of the
vector file? It would look sharper.
- Flash movie is blank on My player 8 Mozilla..
- You should consider reading on the Active Content browser changes to
fix that extra click on the swf on IE:
http://www.adobe.com/devnet/activecontent/articles/devletter.html Hope that's the kind of feedback you were looking for.
