How do i change the stage backround -- macromedia flash sitedesign

Just put a rectangle with whatever color fill on the bottom most layer of
the timeline.

Hi every one i want to make a welcome flash for my website but my website
backround is black and when i add my new flash it comes out with a with a white
spuare and my flash in the middle so is there any way i can change my stage
