macromedia flash sitedesign:
hi all,

i'm wondering what kinds of movie files you can embed in a .swf? is it
possible to embed things like mpegs/movs in a .swf, or is it better to just put
them on a separate html page and link to them from the .swf?

cheers,
macron

Macron--

If you open a Flash document, then look in the File>Import>Import Video
dialogue box. Click the Choose file button and look in the file type drop-down,
you'll see the types of video Flash suppports. Best practice is probably to
convert the videos to FLV files, then call them into your SWF at runtime...but
there are always exceptions...

Good luck!
