macromedia flash sitedesign: Ok, I'm one of the newbies

This guy bought a template and asked me to use it for his website. My problem
is that I changed the structure of the website (used to have iframes) and now
the flash movie is acting differently. If you check the website out
http://www.providerci.com and click any link, you will see the flash movie
reloads. Trouble is the movie reloads EVERY time a link is clicked. What I
want the movie to do is load when the person enters the site and then not
reload again. I'm very ignorant of flash but I suspect I need to change some
scripting. I'm having a hard time finding the right frame with the scripting
that needs changing. Does anyone have any suggestions? This is kind of a shot
in the dark but I'll try to provide need info

thanks!

Hi Fojool,

I didn't design the site. A guy purchased a template website and asked me to
change it up for him. The flash movie is on every page of the site. It's used
for navigation (menu, how you reach home). I'm trying to figure out how to get
the flash movie to play when the person enters the site, put doesn't reload
again when a link is click. It get's annoying when you click on something and
you have to wait for the header to reload to use the menu.

Website is www.providerci.com if you wanna check it out.

thanks!
