macromedia flash sitedesign: Hello,
I'm more of and actionscript guy and I'm still a bit of a newbie on the
artistic side of flash.

I'm experimenting w/ some tweens and fades. Here's some quick drafts that
I've been playing around w/:

I've noticed mine always seem to move w/ a choppiness and then I go to
other sites w/ similar tweens and fades and they seem much more smooth.

Does this have to do w/ Frame rate or is there any other techniques
that work to achieve that type of smoothness?

if you are using shape tweens, its a good idea to increase your frame rate to 20fps minimum.
