Well, there are a lot of ways you *could* do it. This one though is made in
the good ol' fashioned way - hand animated with *lots* of masks over lines,
the masks being comprised of shape tweened shapes (mostly ovals) to make
them expose the lines as required.

Doesn't really matter if you use Swish or Flash I think, though I'm not that
familiar with Swish, so there may be an advantage there I don;t know about.
