macromedia flash sitedesign : Web Navigation

Hi,

I am have troubles developing a menu that is similar to the navigation of this
website http://www.bestcommunities.ca/. If anyone has a tutorial for this, or
would be able to point me in the right direction on how to create a similar
menu, that would be much appreciated. Thanks.
