macromedia flash sitedesign: Hi All

I have designed this website using flash components (www.beddingcentres.co.uk)
i am wanting to know several things.

1. on the entry page on PC's oyu have to click to activate this. how can i
jut make it play
2. is there a way that flash plugins/players will automatically detet whether
a person is able to view this and download necessary software
3. the menu on the left hand side of the home page follow the same prediciment
as above. you have to click it to activate it.

about Active Content Update
2. Within Flash you can use the Publish options to include Flash Detection.
