macromedia flash sitedesign : please help

Nobody replied to my last post. If its unclear please say so but I need help
with it asap. I created the site on my mac and it loads fine in safari but
when i test it on a pc in ie the buttons arent interactive unless i first click
on the swf. When the mouse rolls over the swf it shows a border around the swf
that goes away once i click it and make it active. I dont see this on any
other flash site. Why is this happening? How do I fix it? Any help is
appreciated. thanks guys

If this has to do with the "click to activate..." Here is info about
AC_RunActiveContent.js' from the Adobe site. I use this a lot and it takes
away that annoying border:
