Alright-

So, I've been trying to find a solution to this problem for quite some time
now...

I built the site- using a 1280x768 screen resolution- but when a user goes to
the site, on a different resolution that that they are required to be scrolling
all over the place to see the entire page- and are not able to see it in it's
entirety. Problem... Anyone with any suggetions, help is much needed...
