I have a site that is a frankenstein-ish cobbling of Flash and plain html pages.

This is what I want to do:

If you click the "Families" button at the top of the page, it brings you to
another Flash page. Then, if you click "The Video Imagination Transfer
Process", you'll be sent to a plain html page.

So if our client wants to then "go back", the Flash reloads itself, whereas I
want them to just be sent back to the "Families" page.

How the heck do I make this happen?

I think a problem is that the Flash site is a hot mess, as we bought a
template (yeah, I know, never again.) and the "Families" page is just a
particular layer and frame in the Flash timeline.

Any good diagnosticians out there?

Here's our link:

Rapid responses always appreciated!

Generally you want to navigate within flash or within html, not both. If you
are going to use an all flash site, the user will not be able to use the back
button.

There are ways around this (very long) but you can search the forum. There was
an answer to this topic before.
