great comments. I originally set the graphics to work with 640x480 so it is 1
to 1. My screen Resolution is 1600 x 1200 so it was driving me super buggy
having to look at it so small, so I just published a version 800x600. thats
probably why it is pixelating. I should keep it small when i am done.

yea, I should center it for sure...

I can just increase framerate without having to move stuff on the timeline
right? I'll try to pump up the frame rate from the default 12 to 24 or
something and see what happens.

thanks!

flash by default is 12fps, every time you open a new doc. 25-30 will get you
nice movement.. but i wouldnt go over 30. Yes, either set the stage so its 1
to 1, or resize your graphics so its 1 to 1. it will look much more 'clean'..
very nice though.

thanks so much broseph!

Also cranking the FPS super high seems to be a great way to get past all the
animation while I am testing the text, dont have to sit around to wait for the
graphics to fly out.

hopefully when I finish this epic portfolio showcase I can get another job and
update my stupid old Flash version. Its been a fun 3 weeks learning Flash
though. Glad I bought this thing back in 2002 when I had the cash!!
