please help me get my site on the internet

macromedia flash sitedesign:

Hello
maybe you can help
I am trying to launch my flash files on the internet using dreamweaver.
The main problem happens when I test my server it says an FTP problem has
occured - cannot connect to host, the remote host cannot be found.
I think this is because of the way I have filled in the ftp fields;

access = ftp
ftp hos t= ftp.www.crystaltech.com (OR SHOULD THIS BE MY SITE NAME?)
host directory = htdocs/ (or do i leave this blank)
login = 581925 (IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE A NUMBER)
password = (my password)

If you can guide me through what these terms specifically want or can see
something ive missed
it would be great to hear from you

Try checking the box where it says Use Passive FTP

what is that telling the computer to do?
