Why I cannot find SqlCommand.ExecutePageReader?

What happen?

If it function cut, how to make page by page feature for large amount data?

That functionality was removed before V2.0 Beta2.

I used http://search.msn.com/ to search for "sql value based paging" and
came up with a number of alternate paging mechanisms.
an interesting one was
