I have an error when I try to install a program that say "MDAC not present",
I went to the MS page and downloaded the MDAC_TYP but when I run it nothing
happen, I have Vista business with all patch, please help :(

MDAC is now deprecated.

It has been replaced in Vista with WDAC:

I certainly wouldn't attempt to install *any* version of MDAC on Vista...

Presumably the program you're trying to install has not been updated for
Vista - if it's specifically looking for MDAC, it won't find it...

MDAC comes pre-intalled on Vista. Maybe you could indicate what is causing the error?
