Hi,
what is the problem? Did you manage to install the application on your N7650?
If the problem is with the installation, the sis file may happen to have been
created for an OS with a minimum version of 1.0. For N7650 a sis file is to be
created for an OS with a version 0.9.
Example:
;Supports Series 60 v 1.0 or later
;To create a Series60 package, remove the ; from the following line.
;(0x101F795F), 0, 0, 0, {"Series60ProductID"}

If one wants to support Series 60 v0.9, one should change the 0x101F795F to
0x101F6F88.

Please note that the 7650 isn't officially supported, so there may be some
problems with Flash Lite on this phone.

OK,

but when I'm uploading Write2file.sis to my phone via Bluetooth using
ObjectPush, how can I use the Write2file.PKG file? I've changed it, but, when I
upload it to phone, it's just a text file.
Thanks

You need the PKG file to create the file.sis.
If you want to use the PKG file, you need the Makesis utility. This comes as
part of any of the Symbian SDKs.

You can get a SDK for free from:
* Nokia (http://www.forum.nokia.com)
* Sony Ericsson (http://developer.sonyericsson.com/)
* Symbian (http://www.symbian.com/developer/sdks.asp)

Ciao jopeman,

few question:
Did you request and install the Flash Lite player for your phone ?
Did you ever before play a SWF file on your phone ?

Hi, I understand some of you are having problems with the Write2File app. I'll
try and answer problems. Each (Nokia) Series 60 phone has a device UID ( a
number to identify what phone model it is). The SIS file for Write2File uses
the device UID 0x101F7960, so you'll get a warning message when you try to
install it on older phones. The Write2File was build for Series 60 v2.x,
although it should work v1.x too. We have tested the application on a Nokia
6600,7610, 3230, 6630, 6680 and it works fine. There were a couple of bugs in
Write2File v1.0 and the Write2File v1.1 is available on request. Write2File
v1.1 for Nokia Series 60 Write2File is a simple EXE app that can be installed
on any Nokia Series 60 phone. It is installed on the phone in the below folder
c:\system\apps\Write2File\ It enables Flash Late apps to write to a file
locally on the phone. The application accepts data as command line argument and
writes it to a file.The first argument is the filename to write to and the
second argument is the data to write. Because of the way command line arguments
work, you can't use spaces in your filename or data. Also, this version of the
app, overwrites any existing data in the file. Copyright (c) 2004-2005 Silk
