I think it's correct that is wensday since: TUESDAY 1st February 2005 23:59
Pacific time (GMT-8) + 9 hours difference will be Wednesday 8:59 Europe (GMT+1)

exceed 300K total size. Content and related support files must be zipped

Deadline for submissions is 11:59pm PST. Depending on your local time zone
