I get the following message when I use Internet Explorer version 6.0.2800.1106
on the Yahoo website:

*** Security Sandbox Violation ***
SecurityDomain 'http://mail.yahoo.com/' tried to access incompatible context
'http://us.a1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/a/hp/hp/120704_button_regular.swf?clickTAG=ja
vascript:YFclick1(1)'

I am running Windows 98 (original) on a Gateway Pentium II 450 Mhz. PC. Can
anybody provide a solution to eliminate this as it "pops up" everytime I click
anywhere in Yahoo (mail, etc.).

You cannot fix this, it has to be fixed by Yahoo. Mail it to their
support department. Tell them to contact me if they have any questions..
