macromedia players flash : Macromedia Flash Player has stopped a potentially

I have got my Cisco curriculum, when I try to access it offline, I am receiving
the above message, what should I do to disable this message ?, because I can
not browse the material while I am offline!!!!

How can I disable it

How can I disbale this ?

Because some time I do not have internet , and "Flash Player Settings Manager " tries to connect to internet.
I will stuck there.
