macromedia players flash: I've been trying to deploy the Flash Player 8 Activex.msi file via SMS with a
command line of /qb. This works find on Windows XP workstations, but errors
out with a Internal Error 2103. 26 error message. Any ideas on what this is
or how to resolve?

Hi!

I'm having the same problem. I tried to distribute and install the msi package
with MS SMS. In log file I have found error:
MSI (s) (98:7C) [17:02:26:710]: Found shell folder by spelunking through the
registry.

DEBUG: Error 2103: Could not resolve path for shell folder 26.

I received the same error.

Neither the Flash of Shockwave players provided for bulk distribution are
compatible with SMS as delivered. Why is this supposedly competent software
company unable to offer resolution to the corporate administrators where
hundreds or thousands of installs are on hold. This is not a very difficult
fix if the support managers see the impact caused as a result and directed the
internal resources to remedy. I'm frustrated with the lack of response
macromedia has provided to date. Perhaps the Adobe engineers will be able to
offer a solution so we can deploy these software products to our waiting end
users!:disgust;
