I have a swf file that loads an FLV into the MediaPlayback component. My users
sometimes experience that the FLV will load, but not play. No sound, no video,
only the media player. Some users can hear the audio but not see the video. In
the Activity window, users see it downloading fine, and the cue points that are
embedded in the FLV are executing properly, and the video counter is moving but
no video.

Is this a bug? Someone else on these forums posted the same issue. Anybody
have any ideas what would cause this?

The swf was exported as Flash 7 - actionscript 2.0
