macromedia players flash : Sound slower than video

The sound falls behind the video on our player. Here is the link:

How can we fix this problem??

Sound and audio is always behind on the flash player on linux. Whether it's
espn.com, video.google.com or even a flash based game. I even upgraded to the
latest version 7.0 r61. I'm running Fedora Core 4 with the 2.6 kernel.
