I have a problem with the manager for settings.
When I choose any, for example settings for local storage, I find no way to
change it.
Where can I do it ?

Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh) the application image while
it is running.
From the context menu, select Settings, and then click the Local Storage tab.
This way has no reaction.
