Hi,

Was this audio problem ever resolved?

It seems a whole lot of people are having this problem and no solutions have
been found. Although, I did find another thread that stated that if you start
GarageBand 2 and then close it and restart your computer the sound will return.
Not sure if this is a permanent fix or not. I have replied to it as well and
am waiting on a response.

Thanks. It's unfortunate that noone knows what actually triggers this problem
in the first place, except that it is flash related. This is quite frustrating
for a developer of elearning applications, where flash is the clear choice.

Does anyone have an idea of how widespread this is? I have heard of 3 cases
personally from users of our courses in the last week, and more than a few
others like yourselves dating back to Version 7. I would feel better if I
could duplicate and fix this problem myself, but not having a screwed up
machine makes that kinda hard.

In the next couple of days I hope to get one of our users' IT personel to run
the repair on the affected computer, so hopefully this will fix the problem.

Maybe Adobe can step up to this and stop it all together...or tell us why.
