macromedia players flash : Uninstalling flash player 7

After uninstalling flash player 7 Internet Explorer doesn?t work properly.It is
impossible to open a Link in a new window and
therefore it will be mandatory to register the windows actxprxy.dll again.
Need help to fix this problem !

Try re-registering urlmon32.dll
