What's the OS support for Flash movies, i.e. clicking on it instead of
playing in a browser.
Windows I *think* does, but I can't remember if that was Shockwave or
Flash. Whats the situation with Mac? Linux? ...... um.. Sun? Anything
else?

I work in support for www.pandora.com online radio, which requires Flash local

the Flash local storage settings to "stick". That is, they change the setting
from 0 to, say, 10kb and the change never stay... more >>

Stop using flash in your webpages !!!

Is it really worth it? Just look at the Linux/firefox flash plugins. It
won't work for many pages. Of course it is not important to have Linux support
from a market poit of view. However, it is a sure sign of technology that
doesn't follow any reasonably open standards. It is everything... more >>
