Is this some malware crap???

This is the result of some type of spyware/adware/virus hijacking your
browser. I believe the virus is called "Oytanet" and I believe it
gets delivered to some folks who have MSN (but of course they didn't
want it..)

Get a copy of Ad-aware or Spybot Search & Destroy and that should kill it.
