Hi

I havea colleague of mine who is very non-tech (I'm not much better) who is
having problems loading Flashplayer 7 with Firefox 1.

The player downloads and then runs until 95% is accomplished and then freezes
the entire setup so much that she has to manually shut down and reboot the
entire system which of course then doesn't have the player loaded or setup.

Any pointers on this one would be gratefully appreciated

It's pretty unusual to have a plugin install failure with Flash player
in FireFox..

I'd delete temp files and make sure I had plenty of disk space first.
Then have her try the silent installer from here:
http://www.macromedia.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_msi
