Have a look at the setVolume() actionscript function.
Paul.

I'm searching the internet and i've found a
http://www.swfworld.mtnet.pl/inne/fun/fun0003.html
and it's really loud, i want to decrease volume, but not in properties of
file, but in properties of flash player, how to do that, step by step?

You can't. The Flash Player has no individual volume control for sound
playback (only for mic input)... You'll just have to work with teh
overall volume of your system.
