Right click on any Flash movie and the menu will tell you your version.

The tricky part is then to see if we still have a readme that describes
changes between that version and your version.

Does anyone know where I can find the version information for Player 7 and
previous version? I have an older version and wonder if I should even bother
going to 7. I've tried to go through as many pages as I could in this site but
had become frustrated when I could only find the location to download 7 with
specs, nothing telling me me the difference between what I have and 7. Thanks.
