INF install failure with Macromedia Flash Player

Hello !
My config : DELL OptiPlex 170L, Windows 2000 SP4, IE 6.0 SP1, AV : TrendMicro
PC Cillin 11 with firewall disabled, user : administrator with administrator's
rights.
My problem : error at the end of Flash Player install process : "INF install

Hi, this problem is unfortunately jeopardising the inclusion of some flash
applications in our portal site (www.xtramsn.co.nz).
Ok first up, this is not a flash player installation issue or a
System.security issue (I think).

When I attempt to install Flashplayer 7 on FC 3 x86_64, I get the following
msg: FlashPlayer is not compatible with x86_64 architecture. Hao is this
since FC 3 runs both i386 and x86_64 programs? How can I download and install
a 32 bit version of FlashPlayer?
