that you're too vague with your post?? *seems* too fast isn't really
much to go on..

perhaps try adding an FPS counter to a sample piece of flash, then
comparing it to the FPS you set in the flash movie - if the running fps
is faster than the one you set up, then you've genuinely got a problem.

Otherwise it could be that previously flash player always ran slowly in
WinME (which it will do if it hasn't got enough CPU to run at the
specified framerate) and now, with the improved speed of the flash
player it's running at correct speed but just seems much faster.

Please also let us know:
- what version (exact) of flash player
- which browser you are running it in
- CPU and RAM installed in test computer
