I clicked the gold bar at the top of the browser window to allow the install.
Then the browser Security Warning dialog box appeared and I clicked install.
Then nothing happened/happens.
A download box never pops up or anything.

I'm having a similar problem myself except that my Security Warning dialog box
doesn't give me the opportunity to install. It just says that the download has
been blocked because the publisher cannot be verified and it has Unknown
Publisher in the Publisher: field.
