I just installed the Flash Player 9 on my Power PC based Mac OS X 10.3.9 and now no Flash elements work in Safari 1.3.2, or even Explorer (which I don't use). I have been unable to install flash player 9. I followed all the directions in the web site and did everything that was suggested for problems. One of the things I was told to do was to uninstall previous versions. That was the worst suggestion! Now I can't go to any web page that has Flas...more >>

I amm new to flash and was successfull in designing a player from tutorials....My only problem is that I am not able to get the player out of auto-play mode. I have Flash Player 9 installed. I can view Flash files online in my browsers (IE and Firefox), but when I try to open a Flash file on my computer to just play it in Flash Player, it asks me what I want to use to open the file.
