I just installed the Flash Player 9 on my Power PC based Mac OS X 10.3.9 and
now no Flash elements work in Safari 1.3.2, or even Explorer (which I don't
use). I have been sure to close all browsers, uninstall first etc. The

Can anyone advise; I wish to include a stand alone flash player (i.e. one that

I have been unable to install flash player 9. I followed all the directions in
the web site and did everything that was suggested for problems. One of the
things I was told to do was to uninstall previous versions. That was the worst
suggestion! Now I can't go to any web page that has Flas... more >>

Okay this is an embarrassingly stupid question. I can't figure out how to play
this flash file I've downloaded. Browser flash works fine, but I need to select
a program to run files... And I can't find the flash player exe anywhere.

I have a strange problem in that Flash crashes only when I access the Travel
Channel (http://travel.discovery.com/) with Netscape 7.2. All other websites
load without any problem when using Netscape and the Travel Channel loads when
using IE:confused;

After installing Flash Player 9.0.28.0 my copy of Netscape 7.2 crashed repeatedly when encountering a flash file.
I had to uninstall it to use my browser.

I don't mean uninstall.
Some web pages are horrible to visit with flash player. For these pages I
wound like to disable flash player but how?

I amm new to flash and was successfull in designing a player from
tutorials....My only problem is that I am not able to get the player out of
auto-play mode. Whenn I open the player it start to play the first video on the

I have Flash Player 9 installed. I can view Flash files online in my browsers
(IE and Firefox), but when I try to open a Flash file on my computer to just
play it in Flash Player, it asks me what I want to use to open the file. I have
