My son received the elmo knows your name toy for christmas. It comes with a
program on CD. You should be able to run the program and then download the
info to the elmo toy so it is personalized. However when I load the CD into my
pc it says it is successfully installed. When I choose to run the program I
receive an error message and am directed to the microsoft website. There it
states that the problem is with flash player. I have downloaded the current
flashplayer and still have the problem. I have tried uninstalling and running
again, but I still have the same problem. Does anyone know what the problem is?
