macromedia players flash : Flash Player Major Problems

Hi All

I'm having lots of problems with Flash Player. Installed and uninstalled
numerous times with no success.

Running windows XP and IE6 with service packs 1 & 2

Visiting sites such as A1GP & FHM takes me to the no flash screens, download
flash as advised and still cannot access the flash content, reboot PC, same
thing!

Visiting wipeoutpure.com site loads to 30% then locks
Visiting yourpsp.com site loads but links in main pane inactive

When i try to access advanced settings the setting controls do not show on the
macromedia site as is indicated on the page!

Any clues as to what is happening here?

Many Thanks
Simon

Did you go through the troubleshooting FAQ's at
http://www.macromedia.com/support/flashplayer? That's where you should
start..

I am experiencing the same problem, I've gone through all the troubleshooting.
I see the program installed on my comp however websites are not detecting it
and if I try to view control settings on the website, nothing appears.

Yet I do get the lovely "program installed" flash to show for me :P
