macromedia players flash : FLVs and keyframing

I have an FLV player (proxus) and I have 1 issue with it. By default the
Proxus player is supposed to "rewind" when the end of a video is reached.
Problem is, my scrubber never reaches the end. I get closer and closer (and
further away) by adjusting the number of keyframes, but never close enough. I
know the functionality of the player works, as long as the scrubber hits the
"end" like it should. For an example please see
http://www.theharmonfam.com/video/video.html (view CHAPSTICK).

1. Is there a way to force it to go to the end (meaning the video, as the
player doesn't)? or make sure the final frame has a keyframe?
2. What is the difference between a video with 10 keyframes and one with 150?
They are the same size as far as I can tell.

Thanks in advance.
