macromedia players flash : Delivering Through IE is Unacceptable

When designing Flash content, I'd like to have the content fill the window as
it does when played through the stand alone player. This is especially true
when desigining / delivering e-Learning content. Instead, content is forced
through IE, which compresses the content, adds an unpredictable number of
toolbars at the top of the window, allows users to be distracted by the option
to browse the web, creates big, unused tracts of real estate. How do I correct
this? << License says we can't distribute stand alone player. Why not?? What
would it cost to buy distribution rights? >>

You simply make a projector exe ... that is the combined player and swf
file.

There is no need to distribute the stand-alone player on its own.

Also you can run IE in the full screen / kiosk mode that takes up the full
screen (no toolbars etc).
