How can I change the Flash Player's Global Security Settings offline ?.

I have a number of users that have no internet access and would like to make
changes to Flash Player's Global Security Settings, as at:

I use mozilla firefox browser and everytime I load up a page on myspace.com
that has a flash player song attached to it, it either isn't playing or the
sound is not working. Has anyone had this same problem or know how to fix it?

I just recieved my new 2ghz intel core duo macbook and at this point I can't

I have been attempting to view a website that is mainly video based and when I
click on a video within the website it tells me I need to update to the newer
FlashPlayer and gives me a link. When I click on the link I come to the

Interesting problem here.... the sound from the Flash Player running in IE
stops after exactly 30 minutes. This happens when streaming audio from Vault
Radio. The data stream is still coming in as evidenced by the video slideshow

PC for well over a year with no issues. I am on the latest Firefox 1.5.0.1.

I've got Flash Player 8 and it only plays through my Mac's internal speaker,
not through the m-audio Revolution 7.1 PCI soundcard like everything else on my
system. How do I fix this???
