macromedia players flash : flash download

I cant download flash player. when i get to the main download screen all i get
is a blank box where i guess the icon should be. I do not get a yellow bar at
the top of the screen so cant clck on that and i have also deleted my old
flash.( i have tried flash sites and it says i need to install it) so there
fore its not working.

Please help me.

James....... I'm having the same problem but no one has responded yet. No
yellow bar but when I clk on DOWNLOAD it shows files being downloaded at the
bottom of the window... then says done and the banner says 'successfully
installed' but I continue to get the yellow screen saying I need to download
whenever I try to open certqin websites that require it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you've exhausted everything on
http://www.macromedia.com/support/flashplayer then there is a 'contact'
form on that page you can use to submit an incident. That's what you'll
need to do.
